Coverage
Every product we sell is backed by a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty term varies by product and is listed on each product page (for example, many desks and chairs carry multi-year coverage).
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Mechanical failure of moving parts under normal use
- Structural failure of frames and components under normal use
What's not covered
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic marks from use
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper assembly
- Modifications or use beyond stated capacity
- Commercial use where a product is rated for residential use (or vice versa)
How to file a claim
Email support@elevateworkspace.xyz with your order number, the product, and a description and photos of the issue. We'll validate coverage and arrange a repair, replacement part, or replacement as appropriate — with prepaid return shipping on covered defects.
