Eligibility
Refunds are issued for eligible returns received in accordance with our Returns Policy, and for cancelled or undeliverable orders.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional business days for the credit to appear.
Partial refunds
Partial refunds may apply to items returned outside policy, missing parts, or showing signs of use beyond inspection. Original shipping is generally non-refundable.
Order cancellations
You may request cancellation before an order ships by emailing support@elevateworkspace.xyz. Once an order has shipped, our Returns Policy applies.
